10 sessions Hour Private Training

We will spend a portion of your first session making sure you know how to access your core muscles. We will also take a look at what makes your needs and goals unique. After that Nancy will take you through the pilates repertoire and other movement regimes as necessary. There are over 300 different pilates exercises, pre-pilates movement techniques and imagery that we can use to make sure your body improves. You may also find that what works best for you is Yamuna Body Rolling or a combination of the two. The beauty of private or semi private training is we have the flexibility to create program just for you.
