Roll It Out

$15 per class$180A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.
This class follows after a 60minute ABBs Pilates class. This 30 minute will focus on lengthening and opening the body. Each time a different group of muscles may be the focal point of this workout. Yamuna Body Rolling is a combination of self massage and core work. Don't be surprised if you find this work challenging, it is. We roll through muscle groups, helping them to unstick from each other and realign. The ball and the work helps stimulate bone resilency and increase blood flow. All levels are welcome.
